Yes, all prices are fixed and shown upfront before you book. There are no hidden fees, no surge pricing, and no negotiation needed. The price you see is the price you pay — paid directly to your driver on arrival in USD.

Yes, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Simply contact us via WhatsApp to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We take all complaints seriously. You can report an issue directly from your booking tracking page, or contact us via WhatsApp. We investigate every report and take appropriate action, including removing drivers who don't meet our standards.
