How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and manage our transfer, property management, and concierge services
- Communicate with you about your bookings, including confirmations, updates, and driver assignments
- Ask you after your ride how it went, on WhatsApp or by email
- Improve our services and customer experience
Data Sharing
We share limited information with our drivers to fulfil your bookings:
- Your name, phone number, and destination are shared with your assigned driver
- If you do not get our review link on WhatsApp, your name, email address and booking number are shared with Trustpilot so it can invite you to review us (one invitation and one reminder)
- For hotel bookings, your name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and your guests' names go to our booking partner Nuitee and to the hotel. Your card details go only to our booking partner's payment form.
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes

We take the security of your personal data seriously. Your information is stored using encrypted storage and access is restricted to authorised personnel only. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.
