What's the best season to rent out my home?
Demand follows the holidays: Christmas and New Year, Easter, and the European summer holidays in July and August are the busiest times. Our month-by-month guide shows crowds and prices for each month.
What returns can I expect?
It depends on the area, the size of the home and how many nights it is let. We do not publish return figures. Message us and we will talk through the real costs for your home.
How do I manage my home from abroad?
You need someone local for cleaning, keys, repairs and checks between guests. We offer each of these, so you can start with one and add more when you need them.
What are my tax obligations?
Rental income in Egypt is taxed locally. Ask an Egyptian accountant about rates and exemptions, and keep your contracts, invoices and receipts. Your home country may also tax income earned abroad.
