Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sharm Connect's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Sharm Connect provides the following services in Sharm El Sheikh:

Airport Transfers: Fixed-price pickup and drop-off services between Sharm El Sheikh International Airport and destinations across the city
Property Management: Management services for property owners in the Sharm El Sheikh area
Concierge Services: Personalised assistance for guests including restaurant bookings, excursion arrangements, and local recommendations

Booking & Payment

All transfer prices are fixed and displayed at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees or surge pricing.
You pay online when you book, with PayPal or with a debit or credit card through PayPal. Your booking is confirmed once it is paid.
You can also pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on our card payment page, handled securely by Stripe.
A booking is confirmed as soon as it is paid online. Until then it is not confirmed. A booking that is not paid within 1 hour of booking, or by 1 hour before the pickup if that is later, is cancelled. If we ever have to cancel a pickup, we tell you straight away and refund your payment in full.
Cancellations made on the booking page or on WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the pickup are refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. A booking can be changed on its booking page up to 12 hours before the pickup.

Hotel Rooms

Our booking partner Nuitee books your room with the hotel and takes your payment in its own secure payment form. We never see or store your card details.
Each room shows its price, meals and cancellation terms before you pay. Any local fee the hotel charges on arrival is shown when the hotel tells us about it.
Your booking is confirmed only when our booking partner confirms it. We then email you the confirmation and your booking number.
You can cancel in My hotel booking. Any refund follows the room's cancellation terms and goes back to the card you paid with.
The hotel provides your stay and its own rules apply, such as check-in times and any deposit it asks for on arrival.

Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings, including correct flight details and contact information
Be available at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time
Treat drivers and service providers with respect and courtesy

Limitation of Liability

Sharm Connect acts as an intermediary between you and our service providers. While we strive to deliver the highest quality service, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, adverse weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or other force majeure events. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Sinai.
