Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Sharm Connect's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Sharm Connect provides the following services in Sharm El Sheikh:

  • Airport Transfers: Fixed-price pickup and drop-off services between Sharm El Sheikh International Airport and destinations across the city
  • Property Management: Management services for property owners in the Sharm El Sheikh area
  • Concierge Services: Personalised assistance for guests including restaurant bookings, excursion arrangements, and local recommendations

Booking & Payment

  • All transfer prices are fixed and displayed at the time of booking. There are no hidden fees or surge pricing.
  • Payment is made on arrival directly to your assigned driver in USD.
  • Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice via WhatsApp. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Your Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when making bookings, including correct flight details and contact information
  • Be available at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time
  • Treat drivers and service providers with respect and courtesy

Limitation of Liability

Sharm Connect acts as an intermediary between you and our service providers. While we strive to deliver the highest quality service, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, adverse weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or other force majeure events. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Sinai.
