Our booking partner Nuitee takes your payment in its own secure payment form and books your room with the hotel. Sharm Connect never sees or stores your card details.
Can I cancel my booking?
It depends on the room you choose. Each room shows its cancellation terms before you book: free cancellation until a set date, or non-refundable. You can cancel on the My booking page.
Are taxes included in the price?
Each price says whether taxes are included. Some hotels add a local fee that you pay at the hotel; when the hotel tells us about it, we show it before you pay.
Can you book my airport transfer too?
Yes. Every hotel page links to our private airport transfer to that hotel, at a fixed price per car, day or night.
